I absolutely LOVED creating a digital story on Little Bird Tales! This is a free website that lets you draw, upload pictures, write your own story and record it. Kids would have a great time with this program!! Check out my story:

Here is another great Web 2.0 tool There are so many of them out there. I like Tackk because it was FREE and totally user friendly. I uploaded a few family pictures and wrote comments in a matter a minutes. Students could use this to write reports, share pictures, videos etc. http://tackk.com/3l1zar

I have to say I am totally impressed with Glogster and the endlesss possibilites of what you can create. I can envision using this in the classroom with students as an interactive part of my lessons. There was a huge learning curve for me and several times I got frustrated and not being able to figure out how to change text or initially uploading images. After playing around with the program for several hours, I was able to figure out some of the basics and love the end result of my first Glog!
